What’s included?

How can I unzip the product files?


To extract a single file or folder, double-click the .zip file to open it and drag the desired contents to a new location. To extract the entire contents, right-click it, select "Extract All" and follow the instructions.


Double-click the .zip file and, once the extraction is complete, the unzipped contents will be available on the same directory.


Open the command line, open the folder where your .zip file is in (e.g. cd Downloads) and enter the unzip command: unzip "file".

When submitting a support request, please describe your problem in detail. If you can provide a link to the website under development, this can help us resolve your issue more quickly.

Customers are always welcome to ask for new features and make suggestions for improving the theme. Feature requests will be considered and may be present with upcoming releases.

We aim to answer all questions within 24 hours on weekdays. In some cases, the waiting time can be extended to 48 hours. Support requests sent during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Current mobile browsers for smartphones/tablets that support the listed web standards (HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) should also be compatible.

Third-party features

We guarantee the integration of the bundled third-party features to be working at the time of the product release and of each update, but we reserve the right to interrupt their support at any time.

We are not in control of the development nor the maintenance of such features and we can not guarantee that they will work in the future and allow the intended integration.
