To extract a single file or folder, double-click the .zip file to open it and drag the desired contents to a new location. To extract the entire contents, right-click it, select "Extract All" and follow the instructions.
Double-click the .zip file and, once the extraction is complete, the unzipped contents will be available on the same directory.
Open the command line, open the folder where your .zip file is in (e.g. cd Downloads) and enter the unzip command: unzip "file name.zip".

We aim to answer all questions within 24 hours on weekdays. In some cases, the waiting time can be extended to 48 hours. Support requests sent during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We guarantee the integration of the bundled third-party features to be working at the time of the product release and of each update, but we reserve the right to interrupt their support at any time.
We are not in control of the development nor the maintenance of such features and we can not guarantee that they will work in the future and allow the intended integration.
